The Walk-Around
The first step of the process includes one of our technicians taking a walk around the vehicle and checking for any visible problems, including cosmetic defects. If there are any issues detected, they are noted so that they can be fixed later on in our Toyota reconditioning process.
The Inspection
Now it's time for a more detailed inspection of the vehicle. A certified Hall technician inspects the interior and looks under the hood to make sure that everything is working as intended.
